At Harmony Timber Floors we offer our customers the option of custom orders for medium to larger commercial and residential projects. Furthermore, being direct importers, we have full control of our stock inventory and carry excellent stock levels at all times, which are held at our Burleigh warehouse on the Gold Coast.

Direct-import supply, coast-wide
Our showroom and warehouse sit on Kortum Dr in Burleigh Heads, which puts Burleigh Waters, Palm Beach and Miami about five to seven minutes away, Robina and Mermaid Beach barely ten, and Currumbin and Tweed Heads an easy run down the M1. Come and walk on the boards, or we will bring samples to your place.
Straight answers
At Harmony Timber Floors, hybrid vinyl starts from $39.95/m², European oak from $79.95/m² and Australian hardwood engineered timber from $109.95/m², all supply-only and including GST. Because we import direct and hold stock in Burleigh Heads, you skip the retail mark-up. Installation is arranged separately with an installer.
Engineered timber gives you real wood underfoot and suits living areas and bedrooms, while hybrid vinyl is fully water-resistant, so it wins in kitchens, laundries and rentals. Many Gold Coast homes mix both. Visit the Burleigh showroom and we will walk you through it honestly.
We are a direct-import flooring supplier, so we sell supply-only at manufacturer-direct prices. We do not install ourselves, but we work with trusted licensed installers across the Gold Coast and are happy to recommend one for your job. Absolutely, that is the point of the showroom. We are at 2/94-96 Kortum Dr, Burleigh Heads, open Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Walk the boards, compare colours in natural light and take samples home to check against your walls.
Yes. As direct importers we hold our range in the Burleigh Heads warehouse, so most orders are ready for pick-up or delivery within days, not the 8 to 12 week wait you can face ordering through a reseller. For larger or custom orders we will give you a clear timeline upfront.
The whole Gold Coast and northern NSW. Customers come to the Burleigh Heads showroom from Burleigh Waters, Palm Beach, Miami, Robina, Mermaid Beach and Currumbin, and we deliver across the coast and over the border to Tweed Heads. Being based in Burleigh Heads means most of the southern Gold Coast is within about ten minutes of our warehouse.
