Straight answers
Every Harmony range carries a 25 year surface wear warranty for residential use and a 5 year surface wear warranty for commercial (light commercial for engineered timber) use, for the original purchaser from the date of purchase. Following the installation and care instructions is a condition of the warranty. The full certificates are on this page.
Yes. The warranty on the product applies whoever installs it, and it relies on the installation instructions being followed, including the moisture test, subfloor preparation and expansion gaps. Where Harmony Timber Floors installs the floor, the installation itself is also warranted, for 1 year on floating installs.
Yes, both are click-lock floating floors designed to be DIY friendly, and the step-by-step instructions are on this page. Handle the boxes flat and with care because both are thin, rigid products, and leave the expansion gaps the instructions specify.
