Why developers use us
We import direct and hold the range in our own Burleigh Heads warehouse. That means your flooring is not sitting on a ship while your programme slips. For most colours we can supply in days.
You are buying from the importer, not the importer plus a distributor plus a retailer. On a multi unit job that difference is not rounding, it is real margin back in the build.
We handle custom orders for medium and large projects, and we will hold and stage stock so deliveries land when each stage is ready rather than all at once on day one.
Timber is a natural product and batches vary. Tell us the full scope upfront and we will plan the run so stage four still matches stage one.
Slip ratings, fire ratings and acoustic test reports are published, not requested. Your certifier or body corporate gets what they need without chasing us.
We supply at direct-import pricing and your own trades lay it. Need an installer? We can recommend licensed Gold Coast teams who know our ranges.

Yes. We have supplied flooring to apartment towers and resorts including Spirit and Soul in Surfers Paradise, Jewel Residences, Magnoli and Aleia at Palm Beach, and Hayman Island Resort. We take custom and bulk orders and stage delivery to your programme.
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons developers use us. Because the stock sits in our own Burleigh Heads warehouse rather than with an overseas supplier, we can hold it and release it stage by stage instead of dropping the whole job on site at once.
Timber is a natural product and colour varies between batches, so the answer is to plan it. Give us the full scope at the start and we will reserve from one run where possible and flag honestly where variation should be expected.
Yes. Slip ratings for our European oak and Australian hardwood collections and for SPC hybrid vinyl, plus fire rating certificates, are published on our Technical page as downloadable PDFs. Acoustic test results are available on request.
For stocked colours, days rather than months, because we are the importer and the warehouse. For a large or custom specification we will give you a clear timeline upfront and hold to it, rather than quoting a best case and revising it later.
