Harmony Timber Floors sells engineered timber and hybrid vinyl flooring direct to the public at manufacturer-direct prices from our Burleigh Heads warehouse. We do not install ourselves. Instead we work alongside trusted, licensed Gold Coast installers who know our ranges, and we are happy to recommend one for your project.

Choose in person
Walk the boards at Kortum Dr, take samples home, land on the right floor for your rooms and budget. No pressure, real advice.

Price the boards
You get a clear supply-only price per square metre, including GST. Tell us your measurements and we will work out what you need, plus trims and underlay where required.

Boards from our warehouse
No 12-week container wait. Your floor is picked from Burleigh stock and collected or delivered, so it can acclimatise on site before laying.

Your installer lays it
Use your own licensed installer or ask us to recommend one who knows our ranges. They quote the laying separately and follow our installation instructions.
Following these is a condition of the 25 year warranty. Send the right one to your installer before the job starts.
Straight answers
No. We are a direct importer selling direct to the public, so you buy your boards at manufacturer-direct prices from our Burleigh Heads warehouse. We do not install ourselves, but we work alongside trusted, licensed Gold Coast installers and are happy to recommend one for your job.
Installation is quoted by the installer and depends on the floor you choose, your subfloor condition and the layout of your rooms. Your boards are priced separately by us, supply-only and including GST, so you can see exactly what the flooring costs before you add labour. Ask us and we will point you to an installer for a laying quote.
A typical Gold Coast home takes days, not weeks: hybrid click-systems often go down in one to two days, while engineered timber needs acclimatisation time on site before laying. Because our stock is held in Burleigh Heads, the boards are usually ready well before your installer is.
Hybrid uses a click-lock system and many handy homeowners lay it. Engineered timber is best left to a licensed installer. Whichever route you take, following the installation instructions for your range is a condition of the 25 year warranty, and they are all on this page.
Often, yes. Hybrid floats over most sound, level surfaces including tiles and slabs, and engineered timber has approved floating and glue-down methods. Your installer should check moisture and levels first; the requirements are set out in our installation instructions.
